Our payment methods
We work on prepayment and will include your order in our production planning as soon as we record a receipt of payment. Depending on the payment method used, this may take a few days.
Cash, EC or credit card
In our showroom in Tucholskystraße 31, 10117 Berlin you can pay your order with PayPal, EC or credit card. The collection takes place afterwards in our workshop at Gottschedstraße 4, 13357 Berlin.
Prepayment/bank transfer
For your payment please use the bank details which will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.
Please indicate your order number as reason for payment.
PayPal
If you wish to make a payment via PayPal, please select PayPal during the payment process. If you send us a PayPal payment manually, please use the following email address: [email protected]
By selecting PayPal as a payment method, payments with debit and credit cards are also possible. You do not need a PayPal account for this. After redirection to the PayPal portal, select "pay without registration" and you will be redirected accordingly.

For larger orders from companies, we may be able to offer other payment terms. Just contact us!
