The Meta Pixel is technically integrated into our website. 3. Storage of personal data
Access Data in Server Log Files
You do not need to provide any personal information to visit our website. When you access our website, access data is processed for technical reasons. This may include, in particular, the file accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, information about the browser and operating system used, and the IP address.
This data is processed to ensure the smooth operation, security and stability of our website and to detect and prevent attacks and misuse. Processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log files are deleted after one year.
Data Provided When Opening a Customer Account
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in connection with your order, when contacting us (for example, via the contact form or by email), or when opening a customer account. The specific data collected is indicated in the relevant input forms.
We use the data you provide to fulfil contracts and handle your enquiries.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
After the contract has been fully performed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted from further use and deleted once the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired. This applies unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this scope where legally permitted, as explained below.
You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message using the contact details described under “General” at the beginning of this page.
Disclosure of Data for Contract Fulfilment
To fulfil our contractual obligations, we pass your data on to the shipping company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods you have ordered.
To process payments, we pass the necessary payment data on to the payment service provider responsible for processing the payment or to the payment service you selected during the ordering process.
PayPal
We offer PayPal as a payment method. If you select PayPal as your payment method, the data required to process the payment will be transmitted to PayPal.
In some cases, PayPal also collects this data itself if you create an account with PayPal. In this case, you must log in to PayPal during the ordering process using your login details.

Transactional Emails via Postmark
We use Postmark to send transactional emails, such as technical messages or messages relating to orders. The data required to send these emails is processed. According to our IT department, usage information is also collected to a limited extent.
