Customer service employee (m/f/d) - part-time

  • You answer the inquiries by e-mail & phone with great sensitivity and advise the occasional visitors in our showroom.

  • You always have an overview of the status of orders and work closely with our logistics team. 

  • You take care of the maintenance of data in our merchandise management system. To do this, you stay in constant contact with your colleagues in financial accounting. 

  • You see customer service as your mission - you enjoy getting in touch with customers and winning them over as regular customers. You advise them on the purchasing process and on choosing the perfect shelf combination for them. 

  • You will help to optimize the ongoing processes in customer service. 


  • You have some experience in customer service. 

  • You are passionate about helping our customers in a competent and friendly manner. 

  • You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working, think flexibly, remain patient and have a quick perception. 

  • Customer relationship management and its tools are no stranger to you and you have already gained experience with them.

Fullstack Developer – Ruby, Python (m/f/d)

At stocubo, as an in-house developer, you have the opportunity to put into practice the programs you developed through a DevOp cycle and help optimize IT workflows in the back-office, sales and in the factory.

As a Software Developer in a small team you will be fully involved in all phase of the conception, development, testing, documentation and publication of Ruby and Python softwares.


  • You will contribute to develop a new website

  • You are involved in the development and adaptation of the ERP system

  • In close coordination with the other teams and departments, you will help to optimize the work processes

  • While developing new softwares, you will take part in the planning and maintenance of existing systems


  • You have a degree in computer science or a comparable degree or are a self-taught developer

  • You have four or more years with at least a high-level language like Ruby, Python, Go or similar

  • You already developed a website with Ruby on Rails and you can show code examples

  • You can develop with the Python language, Odoo (OpenERP) knowledge is a plus

  • You have experience with a web framework and MVC patterns

  • You bring advanced programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and vue.js

  • You have basic knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) Prometheus or other time-serie database knowledge, Grafana is a plus

  • You like working with Linux and you know what’s Docker and Kubernetes are

Employee (m/f/d) in production - 20 to 40 hours 

We are looking for a part-time or full-time person with a talent for craftsmanship to join our team in production with 20 to 40 hours per week with immediate effect. We work a 2-shift system and are looking for a person for the late shift from 11:30 - 20:00. 


  • You will inspect, build, glue and sand our modules to produce our sophisticated and high quality product as perfect as possible for the customers.

  • You will support the whole team: there are always small side jobs to do, such as helping with CNC occupancy or woodworking machine maintenance.

  • It can also happen that in case of vacation or illness in the shipping department reinforcement is needed and you also step in here.
